Changed their branch, No longer have a ticket machine. Rude and condescending staff member at the front.
Great service and very efficient. People who are suggesting they shouldnt wait 20 minutes to get service for a simple transaction obviously cant work a computer so theyll have to wait! Grow up people

The teller/customer system in Port Macquarie is a massive fail. I should not have to wait 20 minutes to do a simple transaction. Truly makes me want the change banks. Change your sysyem and make customers a priority and keep your customers happy instead of us all sitting and waiting, cursing ANZ under our breaths.
