It's nice for a couple of days.. the pool looked dirty, but was ok to cool down, didn't think much of their so called beach.. and their wildlife was a few birds in a cage.. there was no shade in camping area.. I personally wouldn't stay again. Not worth 35 for powered tent sight..
So nice, would have spent more time but we were heading to Melbourne. Loved love loved the anchorage. Best place to stop and drink in the sunset.. overlooking the water.. great job Edgewater. Had a pool for the kids, and the anchorage for adults.. little away from shops but we were fine as we had already been into town. Did I mention the anchorage..

Where do i start? Port Macquarie great place. Edgewater caravan park great location along hastings river. Sadly this is as good as it gets. Do not book this place with to higher hopes. Amenities are disgraceful they are still original from 35 + years ago. Showers absolutely stunk dredded going there every night. Toilets left with no paper for 30+ hours. FILTHY Kids play area and pitch and putt are a disgrace to the owners. Spend a little time and money on the place otherwise sell it to someone with a bit of pride and hard work ethic. You obviously don't. It shows by the way you let your full timers rundown there shanties making the place look like skid rowCabins no better had friends in 1 and have seen better dog kennels. Left 3 days early would of been sooner but drove 14hrs from MelbourneIf this post stops 1 person from going here and staying somewhere else im rapt
