Great store with very friendly and helpful staff. But need more staff hired, as we often find we are waiting in long lines or unable to ask for help.
When my latest purchase didn't fulfill my needs, they were more than happy for me to return it for a different model. I never see a grumpy face when I go in. Always a warm greeting and a welcoming smile.
