After paying for deliveries of flowers they did not get delivered till 6pm after requesting time for lunch time. And to my displeasure my family member has rang me to thank me for the flowers to be told the lady said when she answer her door that she was dropping the flowers off on her way home which made my family member feel like she has put this lady out and was an inconvenience. For future flowers arrangements will be spending my money else where, where they take pride in their customer service.
