The gentleman who served me and ordered a part for my sander showed a genuine interest in my request unlike another business up the road. Thumbs up for taking the time to assist me. This showed real customer service.
Asked to service a petrol compressor that had been out of use for a year. Was told a few things where done that where clearly not and that it had ran fine. It doesn't idle, won't disengage to idle once pressure is reached - ends up sending air out the emergency valve so I doubt it had been run at all.Defiantly don't go near this mob despite their seemingly good local reputation.
These guys have always been ready to fix tools of mine that im having problems with and have done it swiftly and very cost effectively, thankyou Pollard tools!
