I have never had someone speak to me so rudely as what Margaret from Strata Professionals did. I am not a direct client of Strata Professionals but I am still a person who deserves to be spoken to with respect. I would never recommend Strata Professionals to a friend, family or colleague and would encourage people to avoid using their services. Despite their name, I have found them to be anything but professional. I also requested a call back to discuss this with the Licensee however, have not had any contact made. I have never left a Google Review before but was so baffled by the way I was spoken to, I felt the need to so other people can avoid the terrible interaction I had.
Great company, I have been in Strata for over 9 years with Strata Professionals looking after us. All enquiries dealt with promptly and problems are resolved with a minimum of fuss. We are very happy with the friendly professional service especially from Kathryn and Krystle.

Bullies who are completely unprofessional and do not properly investigate situations. Do the dirty work of incompetent Caretakers without care or proper due course because they are just looking to make a quick buck
