Im sorry but I was disappointed with this laundromat. I had 2 feather doonas washed and when I picked them up I was told the were not damp only cold and needed some airing out. I did say I needed them washed and dried ready for storage for summer. But when I got them out at home they were still quite damp and wet in some areas with a musky smell. I did pay over $60 for theses to be washed and dried. I had to hang them out on the cloths line all day for them to be dried properly.
