The staff at this supermarket are a credit to the boss,I have been pleased to be personally accompanied to each and every obscure product request I have made by pleasant young people which can sometimes be a rarity these days.Thankyou for the civility everyone,including the trolley guys,you're terrific!
I was served earlier by a young lady named Alexanda in Deli at Port Central. She has great customer service skills and shows great potential in the job. A while later I had slipped over some things i dropped out of my car. She ran over straight away and help put my belongings back and asked if i was Okay. You have such a wonderful team! Great little local IGA store. Has pretty good range of products considering store size & compared to bigger rivals. Product quality is also high in relation to fresh food & produce. They have a very good Delicatessen, & reasonable range of meat & seafood. Great range of fruit & vegetables, all at very competitive prices. Quite good customer service, but can drop slightly when busy. Staff are mostly friendly & helpful. Overall, a great little store at a great location at Port Central. Highly recommended.
