Friendly staff. Hugely disappointed with the design of the self service dog wash which is outside and exposed to the elements. I don't know how many people would enjoy giving their pups a bath with the sun beating down on them. Should be indoors like petbarn or atleaat sheltered.

good range and friendly staff. staff are knowledgeable and helpful. a little pricey but not outrageous. closes at 530 pm week days so it's hard for anyone who finishes work at 5 to get there before it closes and little or no time to shop. 4/5
