I have now been attending for the last 4 months and was somewhat sceptical as over my long list of injuries I have therefore attended a long list of Physiotherapists. I have had some Winners and some not. When I arrived at PhyxYou I was greeted by two receptionists who were extremely happy and polite and asked me to fill out a standard form. Then this young lady with her big smile greated me and introduced herself as Sarah and invited into one of the treatment rooms where I told her my story. Sarah said that she would look forward to the challenge. She has been fantastic and has helped me so much. The other thing that this clinic do is that they give you thirty minutes one on one for thirty minutes, which is very unusual. Big Thank you to Sarah and all the other staff. MickI've had to go back in September this year after some falls which flared up both knees which once again Sarah has helped fix in 6 treatments.I've now had to come back again in December to help fix a new problem with my foot. Sarah picked the problem in 1 minute of me taking my shoes off and doing a few different movements and said that I needed some orthotics. I told Sarah that I had used orthotics some 30 years ago and that I had special made at that time. Sarah was amazed that my feet had not coursed me more problems sooner considering that I had not been using them for many years now. Once again Sarah has been able to help me back on my feet again. I know that all of the physios are great at phyxyou, but when you find someone who has helped you for just over 2 years you stick to that person. I know that I will be back next year with what ever new problem arises. All the very best until next time.
I started Seeing Leah a year ago with chronic back and neck pain that was debilitating my life. It's been a lot of work both with her treatments and me following all her instructions at home, plus Pilates classes but I can now jump on a trampoline and go roller-blading. It's completely transformed my life and I will be eternally grateful for her skill, passion and professionalism that led me to this result.

They helped me out with an emergency appointment, I've had physio acupuncture and hydrotherapy which was all very good and is definitely helping towards my recovery. The staff are awesome, friendly, really helpful and went the extra mile and called to check up on me. Highly recommend!
