Had the best experience here yesterday... filled up the gas bottle but there was some left in it the lady only charged my me the 2 litre instead of the 4 litre. Such great service. That never usually happens so stoked

The best service anyone could ask for in customer service, truly exceptional. I had bought a tent in Brisbane, Adams gone down to Port Macquarie for the week to go camping. Tent pole snapped when putting it up. I took it into the store and of course didn't have my recite so they looked it up in the system. I bought it over 3 months ago so wasn't on my card. Andrew rung up the store in Brisbane I bought the tent from was on the phone to them while they got my recite from within there system (looking through manually by day and time). All sorted out thanks to the staff that where on and a huge thank you Andrew for his time. They swapped my tent over no problems at all. This is what customer service is all about. Best service I have had in a long time.
