The worst customer service I've experienced. Phoned up to organize a part. Greeted with " Gordon street cycles, what do you want? " . When I mentioned the part I needed he responded with " nup dont have it " and hung up. No effort to help me find it or order. Just an arrogant cranky man. Sad.
Very helpful. Welcoming and patient with all customers, even basic commuters. Highly recommend.
