Service staff have always been very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make my life easier, even when i purchased the car elsewhere when new. Great service, non pushy, attention to detail and gave us time to think.. what I liked the most was I didnt get harrassed with phone calls. Found most of the staff little arrogant as if they have been trained to be like that. Don't want to do business with them.Just to add to your reply, your rate of interest for finance 9 % was almost the double I was getting from bank and I am sure that was a trigger point as I could still see the car as available till next morning. I am surprised that you could not even give me 24 hours to arrange the finance. Bank called you and so you guys were aware of the fact that I was working on the finance. Still you guys did not even confirm with me before proceeding with the other deal.
