Poorly organised and abusive customer service.
Normally you complain about being hounded but I spent 20 minutes meandering around every Mazda in the yard numerous times, and was not approached once! Ive owned Mazdas previously but as a consequence of being ignored have purchased alternatively ! Youre loss and a reminder to all car dealerships to lift their game when it comes to who is the decision maker these days

Typical high priced dealership. I have upgraded my rating after a recent car service. They do a great job so worth paying extra if you have the $$$. But previously, I bought one new car from them went to trade in after 2yrs and they made a, frankly, offensive offer. Not a customer anymore except for warranty items on my new car (I just returned for a car service as they didn't charge me for an engine light check the previous week). Services quite good (they reduced the price when I went to pay, after giving me a perservice quote, ask for a discount they may give you one), but they are generally expensive. Just down the road there is a much cheaper mechanic.
