Very positive and professional service. We were passing through and needed vaccinations for our daughter. Booked in on the phone, Dr Simon was very thorough and considerate of our wishes. Nurse Karen was gentle, caring and professional. Thank you everyone in the team for helping us today.
Wanted to have a dressing checked the young receptionist was rude when I said I didn't want to waste a doctors time just needed to see the nurse . She stated I was welcome to go somewhere else. The sign says respect the staff how about you the staff respect the customers. Very poor.
I went to see Dr. Weba while I was travelling thru Port. He was very helpful and ask me to get an MRI done. I was leaving Port a few days after the MRI was done. He ask me to call the clinic and he will give me the results via phone. I'm calling now for the last 3 weeks every day and they always tell me that he will call me back which he never does. Very disappointing.
It is amazing that you can be seen on a Sunday morning with no appointment! The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. Under the circumstances I expected to wait a while, and I did, but it was OK because I brought a book. Dr Waba was extremely kind, knowledgeable and thorough. I'm feeling better already!
Our recent experience was positive. The two ladies at reception were friendly, courteous and professional, the doctor was very efficient and up to date, and resolved our problem. We would go back. But appointments are essential to avoid a long wait for walk-in patients.
