I don't understand the negative reviews. I have been to this clinic on a number of occasions and found it to be wonderful. Even without my previous medical history the doctor prescribed me with medication for my chronic pain and nerve pain. Even sent me for scans and helped me out with referrals to a Physiotherapist. Always recommend people to go there.
Booking online for a contraceptive implant to be replaced was very easy, the receptionist was lovely and I didn't wait at all for my appointment. (I'm terrible with names, sorry!) the lovely South African male doctor was very professional and friendly. This is my third implant now and each time my arm would be very tender and bruise like a peach, all the colours of the bruised rainbow. I was fully accepting this to happen this time and had settled myself in for a good 10 minutes of tugging and pulling of my numb arm. Before I could get comfortable he had the old one out and the new one in, the bruising is minimal and I was offered (for the first time) tablets to help regulate my flow post new implant. Will definitely come here again and will recommend to everyone. Thanks for the lovely experience!

Travelling from Interstate I ensured My Gov My Health online medical records were available for continuing and ongoing chronic pain management. Not only does this practice not access My Health online secure records but Dr. Rohit Rana refused to prescribe medication for Panadeine Forte . Waste of time unless you want your blood pressure checked. And no permissions required from previous providers/practice.I ensured all access controls were OK for access.From My Gov MyHealth Record website: ' You control who accesses the information in your My Health Record.All documents in My Health Record are set to general access for healthcare providers by default. This means any providers who are involved in your care can see this information. You can change your access controls at any time. '
Waited for an hour when there were only 2 others waiting, was told I may have a tumor on my eye, then was told maybe not and was given eye drops and showed the door. Explained what was going on and asked questions about what was happening which fell on deaf ears.... 1 star is too much, I will never be back !!!!
