Had a problem with a bbq thermometer bought elsewhere. Had visited a BBQ galore store on south coast - we were down there when we had the problem. The manager there was so unhelpful and downright rude I could not believe it. So, on return home (near Port), went to Port BBQ Galore. Manager understood the problem, I left the thermometer with him, saying I would call back in a week or two. On arrival, he greets me with a working thermometer, and despite my insistence on paying for the replacement part, would take no money. These people are great. We did buy some bits from them some time ago, and they were great to deal with then too. Cannot recommend them highly enough

I went here this past weekend to see if they had the Weber Summit Series for me to purchase with summer around the corner. We just bought a new house so I was very excited. Nobody helped me so I walked out and purchased it at a different business.
Nice and attentive service. Very high prices though. A very big minus to them is that they do not deliver and charge a fortune for putting the product together. Good products, but rigid conditions on high end BBQ's.
