Excellent customer service. I wasn't pushed to buy most expensive mattress but what I needed and could afford. Would definitely recommend this store.
So very disappointed in this retailer.
My husband and I have been looking in ALL the furniture stores in Port Macquarie for some weeks now, for a low back sofa/couch. We have seen several different ones in all the Stores that have been both comfortable and reasonably low back... BUT the right one has just NOT 'jumped' out for us. On Thursday, we visited Macleod's Furniture Court in Port Macquarie. We walked into the Store, saw a beautiful leather couch with a LOW BACK directly in front of us. My husband and I both sat on it... comfortable AS.... loved it and made the purchase. For customers out there who have looked around as we have done, but haven't found the right one, head off to Macleod's Furniture, Lake Road Port Macquarie. The Furniture they stock is different from all the other Stores, VERY reasonably priced and extremely good quality. and I'm sure you will find what you 'haven't found' elsewhere. Two very satisfied customers. Thank you Macleod's. (The staff are very friendly, extremely helpful and very obliging.)
