Nice gym, my PT was great. Unfortunately I got a back and hip injury (not from the gym) and could no longer use it. I understand the conditions when you have direct debit weekly and dont agree with them. I lodged an enquiry with debit success, who advised they had contacted Your Life about my enquiry and to my disappointment I have not received any response from them. There should be a clause for people who may get a medical condition that a letter from a specialist should only have to pay for one week NOT 4 weeks. Obviously it is profits before people.I cannot recommend this gym not only for this reason but also the premises are not clean.
