Why does this MacDonald charge more for there coffee and there soft serves then other McDonald's ??
So I love technology as much as the next person, but it's a real shame that some basic customer service roles are being replaced by screens. I got quite a shock when I saw yesterday that the three remaining registers had been replaced and it feels a little depressing not being able to talk to someone at the register.
Very friendly staff who can't do enough to help. I was there with two active boys and the staff ensured their hot chocolate drinks were not made too hot. The young front counter staff were very polite and the woman managing customer service on the restaurant floor was exceptional.
