My dog and I are new to town, with my dog having significant health problems (skin cancer). Worse experience at a vets we have had. Did not feel welcomed at all. Vets and front office staff seemed disinterested. Was seen for 5 minutes before vet was called to an emergency. Was happy to come back another time, but staff were reluctant to help. Again, seemed like they were disinterested in helping. Still charged $65. Won't be back. Went to another vet and was welcomed warmly and offered wonderful care advice. Do not recommend Dr Paws.

Dodgy. Called to get a weekend appointment gor yearly vaccinations, was told there are none available unless willing to pay an extra $250. False diagnosis of a condition that would require thousands of dollars worth of tests. This was later proven to be false by second opinion. Would not recommend.
Absolutely love these guys! All of the team so caring and helped to get my beautiful little puppy better after a tough start. Kept me up to date all the time and after care treatment was great too.
I highly recommend Dr Paws. All of the staff are incredibly helpful, kind and knowledgeable and they genuinely love animals. The premises are bright, welcoming and very well appointed. My dog loves going to the vet! I immediately felt that my dog was receiving the best care possible when he was very ill. When my dog needed a blood transfusion, Dr Matt used his own dog to be the blood donor. Such a great and unexpected example of human and animal altruism! I'm so thankful that a friend recommend Dr Paws to me!
