Has a new policy of making automatic appointments for vaccinations, so got a phone call "reminding" me of an appointment tomorrow - for our now deceased pet. When I phoned to advise this the response from the receptionist was quite indifferent. It's a shame that a formerly good vet practice should have become so profit-driven.
We first started going to East Port Vet because it was recommended by the RSPCA, where our two fur babies cats came from, and we have been so happy we have. They have provided incredible service; from minor dental surgery, to small skin lesions, they have always been very supportive with follow-up calls and the care they provide. Definitely recommend!
East Port Veterinary Hospital are incredible - my experience there has been amazing. Dr Lara truely cares for all animals great and small - she listened to my worries and has given my little rat babies the best care. The friendly reception staff who always remember you and your animals names helps make what could be a stressful time much easier. I couldn't recommended you guys higher - the best vets around!
I will be changing vets! After the passing of our beloved chee chee on the 9/2/18. The most heartless vet I have ever had to deal with! He was nearly 18! And did not even get a condolence card! Instead of giving free coffees!! while you wait ! that would be a good idea! I also got charged $39 to speek to a vet about his passing. When your heartbroken you need I bit more than that!!
