Amazing location in the heart of Macquarie.The room was furnished with just an old bed and a chair. Less than the basics compared to any hotel and even hostels that I stayed in.Very basic but clean.
Just popped in for a quick drink. Nothing wrong with the place, but nothing really stand-out either. The eatery next door which looks to be part of it seemed pretty busy, but we didn't go in there.
NOT GOODNo drink waiters, we only had one drink instead of the usual 3.We did not want to get up and leave our hot food.There was confusion as to where people were to be seated , nobody seemed to be in chargeNo ice cream or cream served with desert / custard was served but it came out from the kitchen in small quantise, this is a festive lunch and all should have been includedOKAYPlenty of food and a wide rangeGood price $150, however in the city for the same price all of the above would have been in placeWinna Gibb
Good value accommodation. Basic rooms but clean and the pub is very well located to restaurants etc. Good value for money. Wed stay here again.
pretty good. the rooms had walls a roof and a floor which all worked in great conjunction to provide excellent structural integrity. the employees were very nice and the location was exquisite being very close to the shops and the beach. all in all it was an E P I C experience
