I would like to say a big THANKS to DAMIAN KING for his outstanding professionalism throughout the selling process of our unit in Port Macquarie. The experience was as smooth as it possibly could be in what turned out to be a tough market. As well as attracting local buyers he was able to cast his net outside the area to find our buyer that resulted in a sale. Lovely staff at Laing and Simmons, rented through them for a year. Issues were dealt with within a reasonable time.

The worst experience with a real estate agency we have ever experienced. We used then to "manage" our property and within 12 months there were 3 changeovers of staff, extremely poor communication between staff members, tenants missing out on vital information and a manager who just doesn't care and makes excuses for his bad staff. They filled out the contract with both incorrect dates and rental amounts, useless! And since we changed agencies the manager is trying to transfer his ongoing mistakes to our new agents. Avoid! There are much better agencies to use in Port, in fact, any of them would be better.

I would strongly advise against renting from this company. Unfortunately they do not conduct themselves in a professional manner. I would definitely suggest to look elsewhere.
