After booking and paying for a powered site for two nights some two weeks earlier and being customers that had been quite often we were treated extremely poorly. Through no fault on our part towing the van our vehicle broke down therefore a tow truck took us to Hawks Nest and we stayed at Jimmys Caravan Park fantastic place and the managers extremely helpful in our predicament. Being now two nights late for our booking at Leisure Tourist Park and notifying them immediately the incident happened we were only able to stay for one of the nights because of a medical commitment we requested the out night to be held open for one month to be used on our return. But NO!! The manager could organise to carryover the outstanding night fantastic have a $40.00 meal on us. Dont book dont breakdown and dont expect and help or sympathy there dont go there
The location is ideal and quiet nice, would have been the best location if smoking was strictly prohibited and also rooms were renovated to be more family friendly. But otherwise staff was very friendly and we loved the greenery
We have been visiting this Leisure Park for 9 years. So peaceful, clean and spacious. New owners are lovely and comidating. We wouldn't think about staying anywhere else. Thankyou Port Maquarie Leisure Park.
