The agency commenced trading in February 1995 at the Lighthouse Beach Shopping Centre and was known as Tacking Point Real Estate. As a result of demand for an ?in town presence a second office was opened in the heart of the downtown shopping precinct in September 1999.With the majority of enquiry coming through the main street location, the Lighthouse Beach office was closed in 2001 and all staff relocated to the in town office.The business name was then personalised to Patterson Real Estate to capitalise on the principals strong local reputation and to move away from the perception of the agency only listing and selling in the Lighthouse Beach area.Patterson Real Estate was sold in 2013 to young and enthusiastic couple Jason Partridge and Nicky Davies who are happy to have the old owner and the original business name now trading from their agency as an agent in conjunction.....it's a great combination of the old and the new.The agency's slogan is "Trusted Brand..New Direction" continuing the agency's excellent reputation of terrific ethics and great customer care.
